Anchors the social, artistic, and connective tissue of La Finka, holding space for events, volunteers, and storytelling.

This department cultivates the social ecosystem of La Finka—from living room concerts to science fairs, from potlucks to shared knowledge archives.

Community Coordinator / Welcomer
- Greets new visitors, orients volunteers, supports cultural coherence, and manages shared calendar and communal agreements.
Moon Boom Coordinator
- Books monthly shows, curates experience, coordinates artists, manages A/V setup, space prep, and vibes.
Banana Business Bureau (BBB)
- The core planning group for the Banana Rodeo: includes creative direction, logistics, partnerships, and volunteer coordination.
Programming Director - Events & Hospitality
- Manages community programming while supporting food, setup, cleanup, parking, donations, safety, signage, and flow during events.
Media Team
- Media Capture / Documentation Lead
  - Audio, photo, and video documentation of events and site happenings.
- Media Production / Editor
  - Post-production, archiving, and uploading for public and internal sharing.
- Social Media & Outreach Lead
  - Posts, newsletters, storytelling, and updates to the wider community.
Workshop & Learning Facilitator (emerging role)
- Helps coordinate learning days, guest instructors, and track participant feedback.
