Membership Eligibility

Who Can Join?
Membership to La Finka’s PMA is open to individuals who are:

• Passionate about creativity, innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.
• Interested in contributing to the development and propagation of sustainable practices and technologies.
• Eager to participate actively in workshops, projects, and community initiatives organized by the PMA.
• Committed to upholding the values and objectives of La Finka’s mission.

Admission Process

Application Submission:

1. Application Form: Prospective members must complete an application form that collects essential information about their background, interests, and reasons for wanting to join.
2. Supporting Documents: Applicants are encouraged to submit any supporting documents that might strengthen their application. This could include letters of recommendation, a resume, or a portfolio of relevant work.

Application Review:

1. Initial Screening: Applications are initially reviewed by the Membership Committee to ensure they meet the basic eligibility criteria.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited for an informal interview to discuss their application in more detail and to gauge their alignment with the PMA’s values and objectives.

Approval Process:

1. Committee Deliberation: Following the interview, the Membership Committee deliberates on the suitability of the applicant based on their application and interview performance.
2. Vote: The final approval requires a majority vote from the Membership Committee.
3. Notification: Applicants are notified of the committee’s decision. Successful applicants receive a welcome packet and orientation details.
